These terms explain how creators and clients may use PickPics to share private galleries, collect selections, and deliver final edits.

Using PickPics
PickPics is a hosted gallery and proofing service for creators. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate contact and billing information, and only uploading content you have the right to share.
Creators control gallery settings including downloads, PIN protection, selection limits, final edits, and Free-plan expiration. Clients must use gallery links only for the purpose intended by the creator.
Creator responsibility and prohibited content
Creators are responsible for obtaining permissions, model releases, and client approvals needed for uploaded work. Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
We may suspend accounts, disable galleries, or remove content when we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used in a way that creates legal, security, or platform risk.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions, extra-selection payments, and creator payout onboarding are processed by Stripe. PickPics does not store full card numbers. Subscription plans may include gallery, storage, and delivery limits.
Extra-selection payments may route to connected creator Stripe accounts when available. Platform fees and Stripe processing fees may apply as described in the app and payout policy.
Storage, availability, and changes
PickPics stores uploaded files with cloud providers and uses private or signed access where appropriate. You should keep your own backup copies of original and final files.
We work to keep PickPics reliable, but features may change as the product improves. We may update these terms and will post the latest version here.
