Refund Policy

How PickPics handles subscription refunds, extra-selection payments, and billing issues.

Subscriptions

PickPics subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your plan from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior billing periods.

If a billing mistake occurs or you are charged after a documented cancellation issue, contact support within 14 days and we will review the account in good faith.

Extra-selection payments

Extra-selection payments are typically paid by clients for additional edits requested from a creator. Because these payments relate to creator services, refund decisions may require creator review.

If a card payment was made in error, contact support with the gallery code and payment reference. We may coordinate with the creator and Stripe to resolve the request.

Product issues

We prioritize fair resolutions for product errors that prevent normal gallery delivery, downloads, or paid feature access.

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by expired galleries, incorrect sharing, creator-managed settings, unsupported files, or off-platform arrangements.
