Your creator sends a gallery code or a private link. On pickpics.app, enter the code on the home page—no account needed. The code works like a key: only people who have it can see those photos.

Tap the heart on photos you want your creator to deliver or edit. Your first picks usually count toward what's included in your package. If you go over, extras may cost more when your creator enabled that.

If your creator turned downloads on, you can save individual photos or sometimes everything at once. When final edits are ready, look for the Final Edits section to download those separately.

After you finalize your selections, your creator uploads finished edits. When they're ready, you'll see a Final Edits section with download buttons. Until then you'll see a short note that finals aren't ready yet.

Often, yes. The gallery page shows when it expires. After that date the link may stop working—download anything you need before then, or ask your creator to extend it.

Create a gallery, upload your photos, then copy the share link or numeric code from the gallery page. Clients open it from the PickPics home page or your link directly. Add an optional PIN on paid plans for extra privacy.

Clients tap hearts on photos they want. You see picks in your dashboard, including included vs extra counts. When they're done, they finalize—then you can upload final edits and mark them ready for download.

After selections are finalized, upload finished files in the Final Edits section on your gallery page. They're stored separately from proof photos. When you're ready, mark finals as ready—clients then see a Final Edits area with download options.

Free is great to start: a few galleries, 3GB storage, and short expiration windows. Starter, Pro, and Studio add more galleries, storage, longer expirations, PIN protection, and advanced tools. Limits match what you see on the Pricing page and in your dashboard.

Yes. Clients can leave notes on the gallery—edit requests, favorites, or general feedback. You see messages on the gallery page in your dashboard and can reply with a note for them to read.
