Creator Payout Policy
How creator payouts work for extra-selection payments processed through PickPics and Stripe Connect.

Stripe Connect
Creators may connect a Stripe Express account to receive eligible extra-selection payments. Stripe may require identity, tax, and bank information before payouts are enabled.
If a creator has not completed Connect onboarding, card payments may settle on the PickPics platform account until payout setup is completed or until support resolves the payment manually.
Platform and processing fees
PickPics may retain a small platform fee on routed extra-selection payments. Stripe may also deduct processing, dispute, currency conversion, or payout fees according to Stripe’s terms.
The creator dashboard may show the client-paid amount, estimated creator amount before Stripe fees, platform fee, and payment references when available.
Payout timing and disputes
Actual payout timing depends on Stripe, the creator’s connected account status, risk checks, country, bank, and payout schedule. PickPics does not control Stripe’s settlement timing.
Chargebacks, refunds, fraud reviews, or policy violations may delay, reduce, reverse, or block payouts. Creators are responsible for delivering the services they sell through galleries.
